Vật liệu:
Geletine: 5 teaspoon
Mango Jelly powder 2 packet
Sugar: 5 tablespoon
Thickening cream: 500 gram
Mango juice 800 ml
Water 2 cups
Cách làm:
- Boil the water with the sugar until the sugar melts.
- Blend mango until it dissolves.
- Add mango juice with the boiling water and sugar and thickening cream and mango juice powder.
- Stir them well.
- Add 1/2 cup of geletine and stir again.
- Pour into tray and place it in the fridge.
